How to make chicken legs in batter in a frying pan?
First prepare the batter. We will do it like this:
1. In a bowl, break an egg, whisk it with a whisk or fork.
2. Put half of the salt to the egg.
3. Add milk to the bowl, mix everything thoroughly.
4. Sift flour, mix with spices in a separate bowl.
5. Add the remaining salt to the flour and spices mixture.

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
Now you can proceed to the preparation of the main dish:
6. Wash and dry chicken drumsticks with a towel.
7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
8. Dip each shin first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture and put it in boiling oil.
9. Fry the shins on both sides until tender, turning them over from time to time.
