Step-by-step cooking
So, we can take ready-made minced meat or make it ourselves (it is better if it is minced meat from breasts, since it is less high in calories and fat). Now add pre-beaten eggs, finely chopped onion, milk, flour and crushed garlic to the minced meat. The mass is salted and peppered, thoroughly kneaded. The stuffing is ready! We proceed to the modeling of cutlets, for this we lubricate our hands with vegetable oil. The shape of cutlets can be very different (from circles, ovals and to hearts). We put the cutlets in a frying pan with hot oil and fry for a few minutes on each side. After that, pour in a glass of water and simmer with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes. After the dish is ready, we put it on plates. We serve it with potatoes (French fries, boiled mashed potatoes).
