Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the dish. Beef is better to use tenderloin, the meat must be fresh.
Step 2:
Meat is well washed, dried with paper towels and cut into strips along the fibers. Once again, wash the pieces of meat and dry them.
Step 3:
Cooking marinade for beef. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, add garlic passed through a press, ground ginger, chili pepper. If the chili pepper seems too spicy to someone, you can add a pinch of hot ground pepper. If desired, you can add a handful of sesame seeds, it will also change the taste of the dish. Mix and put the meat in the prepared marinade. Leave the meat in the marinade for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, peel the onion from the husk and cut it into feathers. If desired, you can use any other vegetables to prepare this dish.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Turn on the fire, heat up the oil. We put the meat in the pan when the oil is heated to such an extent that a light smoke will come out of the pan. Fry the beef over high heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. The marinade remaining in the bowl is not poured out. Then we send the cooked onions to the meat pan. Reduce the heat to medium, mix and fry the meat and vegetables for another three minutes.
Step 6:
Then pour the marinade remaining in the bowl into the pan. We continue to simmer the meat with onions in the sauce for about five minutes. Turn off the fire. Meat can be served to the table as an independent dish or with a side dish. For spicy beef, rice or pasta is perfect as a side dish. Bon appetit!
