    1. Soak the bread in the milk for 5 minutes. 2. Grind the turkey and the soaked bread together through a meat grinder. 3. Add the mustard, grated onion, sage, cheddar, salt, and pepper, and mix well. 4. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and beat it with a fork. 5. In another bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and parmesan, adding a little salt if needed. 6. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 7. Scoop up about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture at a time, roll it into a ball between your palms, flatten it, then dip it first in the egg and then coat it in the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture. 8. Fry the nuggets on both sides until golden. Enjoy!
