Cooking method
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into quarters, put them in a saucepan, pour water, salt, send them to the fire, boil until ready.
2. Drain the liquid from the boiled potatoes, knead it into a puree. When the puree cools down a little, break the egg into it and pour the flour, mix thoroughly.
3. From a small amount of potato dough, we make a tortilla, spread a sausage on it and wrap it, forming a kind of pie.
4. Each billet is breaded in flour, then fried in hot vegetable oil from all sides until a beautiful golden blush is formed.
5. We spread the sausages in potato dough on a paper towel in order to absorb excess fat.
Serve hot on the table, complementing with your favorite sauce or sour cream.
