Step 1:
How to bake apple pies from bread? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. When preparing pies, instead of dough, we will use toast or as it is also called sandwich bread.

Wash the apple, wipe it dry with a towel. Cut the apple into small cubes.

Put a piece of butter in the pan, put the pan on the fire and melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, put the sliced apples in a frying pan and cook them over medium heat, stirring them constantly.

Then add a little sugar and honey to the apples, mix the ingredients. Continue cooking and stirring the apple filling until all the moisture evaporates and the apples become soft.

In a separate small container, beat the egg and use a whisk to shake it a little, bringing it to a homogeneous state. Use a silicone brush to lubricate each square with egg mass around the perimeter.
Step 9:
Put 1 tablespoon of boiled apples on one half of the squares, so that the edges of the bread remain free (they will be required for further fastening of the pies). Level the filling so that it is evenly distributed over half of the pie. On the other half of the bread (free), make several incisions with the corner of a sharp knife (I have 5).

Next, put the free half of the bread on the apple filling and use a fork to connect the edges of the pie around the perimeter. Do this procedure with all the pies. In order for the pies to be more neat, beautiful and smooth with a knife, cut off all the irregularities along the perimeter of the pies.

Put baking paper on a baking sheet, put the pies on it.
Step 12:
Grease them with the remaining egg mass and place the baking tray with the pies in a preheated 190°With an oven. Bake until a beautiful golden color for 15 minutes.
