    1. Crack the eggs into a suitable bowl, add the sugar and salt, and whisk everything together. 2. Pour in the baked milk and whisk again. 3. Add the baking soda, which you should first dissolve in a little vinegar or lemon juice. 4. Sift in the flour and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Whisk again until smooth. 5. Heat a skillet and brush it with oil. 6. Cook the crêpes until golden on both sides, brushing the pan with a little more oil before each one. Enjoy!

Note: "baked milk" (ryazhenka-style milk, slowly simmered until it takes on a caramel color and flavor) gives these crêpes their signature taste; if you can't find it, regular whole milk works too.
