Cooking method

3. Add soda, which must first be extinguished (with vinegar or a small amount of lemon juice).
4. Sift the flour, add to the rest of the ingredients. Whisk everything again.
5. Preheat the pan, lubricate it with oil.
6. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown, greasing the pan with vegetable oil again before each.
