1. Prepare the fish steaks for frying: peel the fish, cut it across into pieces 2-3 cm thick
2. Pepper and salt. Double-sided - with a corrugated lid - grill pan well preheat.
3. Fry the steaks in a preheated frying pan for no more than 10 minutes.
4. After half the time, turn the steaks over and add the garlic.
5. If you use a non-double-sided grill pan, then you need to fry the steaks on each side in turn for 7-10 minutes.
4. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the coho with lemon juice and serve with salad or herbs.
