Stunningly delicious coho steaks! Cook beautifully and deliciously! It is not for nothing that the coho is considered the most delicious fish from the salmon family. And in my husband's opinion, steaks made from it, cooked in a grill pan, are tastier than everyone else. Very juicy and tender meat. I recommend it!

Cooking method

1. Prepare the fish steaks for frying: peel the fish, cut it across into pieces 2-3 cm thick
2. Pepper and salt. Double-sided - with a corrugated lid - grill pan well preheat.
3. Fry the steaks in a preheated frying pan for no more than 10 minutes.
4. After half the time, turn the steaks over and add the garlic.
5. If you use a non-double-sided grill pan, then you need to fry the steaks on each side in turn for 7-10 minutes.
4. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the coho with lemon juice and serve with salad or herbs.
