Grill-Pan Coho Salmon

Incredibly delicious coho salmon steaks — beautiful and tasty! Coho is considered the finest fish in the salmon family for good reason, and in my husband's and my opinion, the best way to enjoy it is as steaks cooked on a grill pan. The meat comes out so juicy and tender. Highly recommend!

    1. Prep the fish steaks for cooking: clean the fish and cut it crosswise into pieces about 2-3 cm (1 inch) thick. 2. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat a two-sided ridged grill pan well. 3. Cook the steaks on the hot pan for no more than 10 minutes. 4. Halfway through, flip the steaks and add the garlic. 5. If you're using a single-sided grill pan, cook the steaks one side at a time, about 7-10 minutes per side. 6. At the end, sprinkle the coho with lemon juice and serve with a salad or fresh greens. Enjoy every bite!
