Cooking method
How to make meat with frozen vegetables?
1. Peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into feathers, and the carrots into thin plates with a vegetable peeler.
2. Remove the skin and bones from the hams. Cut the fillet into pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the chicken. Fry until golden brown over medium heat. When necessary, mix. In the process, add sesame oil (if you don't like it, don't add it).
3. Add onions and carrots to the fried chicken. Stir and cook until the vegetables are soft. In the process, add salt and pepper.
4. Add sesame seeds and fry for a minute.
5. Add frozen vegetables and spinach (if large - cut) and cook under a lid on low heat for 7 to 15 minutes, until tender.
Have fun!
