Wash the pepper and herbs and dry them. Cut off the top of the pepper and remove the stalk with seeds. Chop the greens finely, add the cottage cheese and mix well. Stuff the pepper with cheese and herbs. Wrap the pepper in foil or plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
