Step 1:
Choose Italian bread "Ciabatta" for making snacks, cut it into toast and fry it in a dry frying pan, pre-greased with olive oil.
Step 2:
Thoroughly rub the toast with garlic.

We spread cottage cheese and dried tomatoes on toast.
Step 4:
Add some cottage cheese and arugula leaves to the tomatoes, which is a source of essential amino acids.
Step 5:
Mix cottage cheese with pesto sauce and apply a thin layer on toast, spread pieces of liver paste and arugula leaves on top.
Step 6:
Cut the boiled beets into thin slices and roll them into rolls, which we spread on arugula leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7:
Finely chop the dill greens and add them to the curd cheese and mix well. Cut a fresh cucumber into small strips and finely chop the fillet of red fish. We put cucumbers with fish in a bowl and add lemon juice and mix well.
Step 8:
Cottage cheese with dill is applied in a uniform layer on toast, spread the fish with cucumbers on top, press and add arugula leaves.
Step 9:
Chop the olives finely, add them to the curd cheese and mix them spread on toast. Add sprigs of arugula, sliced slices of pork, pieces of cheese, sprigs of dill and ruskola on top.
