Cooking method
1. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
2. Spread the minced meat to the onion, knead with a fork, continue to fry for 5-7 minutes, mix periodically.
3. Wash the parsley, dry it, cut it finely, put it in minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
4. Roll out the dough, cut the dough into strips about 1-1.5 cm wide on the sides, spread the stuffing in the center, and put the strips alternately on top of each other, as if weaving a pigtail.
5. The surface is lubricated with egg yolk using a silicone brush. We send the strudel into the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot or warm on the table.
