Pancakes on baby formula

Don't know where to put the mixture? Bake delicious pancakes! Pancakes on infant formula are thin and very tender. This is a great option when the child has grown up, and there is still a lot of mixture left. Do not throw it away - it is better to leave it in reserve and use it for cooking, because it is no worse than powdered milk. For example, it is good to take the mixture to the country, where it is not always possible to buy fresh milk, and I want to pamper my family with delicious pancakes for breakfast.

Such pancakes are prepared according to the same principle as on milk or kefir, it is not more difficult. They turn out delicious and soft. A great way to apply baby formula to the case when there is too much of it left.

So, let's start cooking. Pour the specified amount of water into a suitable, large enough container. After we pour baby food and mix everything very thoroughly.

Next, we break the chicken eggs. It is better to do this not immediately into the dough, but into a separate cup and add it already from it. In this way, you can protect the dough from getting not quite fresh product (which often happens with store-bought eggs). Mix everything together.

The next step is to add granulated sugar and a little salt to the dough. We mix everything again thoroughly with a whisk (you can even just use a fork, and if desired, use a mixer or blender with a frame nozzle).

Sift the wheat flour and start adding it to the container with the dough. We do it in portions, not all at once, so that there are no lumps. After each addition of flour, knead the dough thoroughly. It should turn out to be thick, not quite liquid.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Put a frying pan on medium heat and warm it up well. We begin to bake pancakes, for which we lubricate the frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough. Bake as usual - on both sides until ruddy. Before each next pancake, lubricate the pan again.

We serve pancakes with sour cream or other additives. For example, liquid honey, jam, any syrup. You can add pancakes with fresh berries and pieces of fruit. Pour melted chocolate or sprinkle with chocolate chips. In general, there are many options - you can choose according to your taste. An addition to pancakes can be unsweetened.

Bon appetit!
