Rosemary Roasted Meat in the Oven

Fragrant, flavorful meat that's quick and easy to make. Rosemary roasted meat is a hearty dish for a family dinner or a holiday table. You can use rosemary either fresh (sprigs) or dried; the herb pairs beautifully with meat, giving it a lovely taste and aroma. Pork works well here, but so do beef, lamb, or chicken. Roasting the meat in foil keeps it juicy and tender. Serve the roasted pork loin with a potato side.

    1. Rinse the pork under water and pat it dry. Tear off a sheet of foil large enough to wrap the meat. 2. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them into thin slivers. Make small slits in the meat and tuck the garlic inside. 3. Brush the foil with vegetable oil. Set the meat on it and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. 4. Wrap it up in the foil and place it in a preheated oven. Roast for about 1 hour at 350°F (180°C). Let the meat cool a little, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
