Cooking method
1. In a blender, we throw chili peppers without grains (if you want to be sharper, the grains should be left), garlic, vegetable oil, salt, curry seasoning and lime zest. Blenderim and get curry paste.
2. Fry the onion in sunflower oil.
3. Add curry paste.
4. After a minute, add sliced tomatoes.
5. Pour coconut milk, turn down the heat.
6. Boil the sauce until slightly thickened. Add the fish. We bring it to readiness.
Ready-made curry is traditionally served with boiled rice.
