Step-by-step cooking
Take a piece of pork. I had an entrecote, at the bottom there was a bone on one side not big, it served as a limiter so that the meat was not cut to the end.. We cut it with a thickness of 1 cm .
Peel and rub kiwi on a coarse grater, cut quince and tomato into thin slices or circles, cheese plates.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, grease kiwi, lay tomato, quince, and cheese between the cuts.
Grease the top with kiwi remnants. Put in a mold and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. (It is very good to cover pork with potatoes in a circle. There is a lot of juice that permeates the whole potato. I did it later additionally)
Due to kiwi, meat is cooked very quickly. Everything is soaked with the taste of quince, it gives the meat such a unique taste, and of course tomato and cheese add their own flavor bouquet.
