My beef, cut into cubes. Onions are cleaned, cut together with mushrooms into small pieces.
We put the beef, onion and mushrooms in the bowl of a slow cooker, pour vegetable oil, turn on the "Frying" mode and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then pour water, add bay leaf, thyme, garlic powder, dried dill, salt and ground black pepper, change the mode to "Stewing", set the cooking time to 60 minutes.
At the signal of the end of the program, the dish can be served on the table.
