Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel and chop. Peel the carrots and onions and cut them into small pieces. Cut the zucchini into medium cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3:
Chop the dill.
Step 4:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry carrots on it until golden brown.
Step 5:
Put the zucchini in the pan. Fry, stirring, until the zucchini is ready for about 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Add salt and pepper at the end.
Step 7:
Add tomatoes to the pan with vegetables. Simmer until excess liquid evaporates.
Step 8:
Finely chop garlic and dill and add to the pan.
Step 9:
Simmer all together for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
