Cooking method
In order to prepare a universal cream-curd cream, using a blender, beat the softened butter with sugar. If there is no blender, it's not scary - replace it with a mixer, it will also cope with the task. Only in this case, carefully grind the cottage cheese on a sieve to exclude grains in the finished cream.
When the butter mixture turns white, add the cream and continue whipping the mass until fluffy for 3-4 minutes. In the resulting cream, enter a soft cottage cheese of medium fat content. If the cottage cheese is dry, the fat content can be adjusted with cream, adding them 100 grams more. Beat the cream, be sure to monitor the consistency - there should be no grains in it, the consistency should be exceptionally smooth and homogeneous.
That's it, the wonderful cream is ready. Use it to complement your culinary masterpieces or, decorating with strawberries, treat your family and friends!
