Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the dish, take a piece of pork, preferably a spatula, where there is a little fat around the edge. Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2:
Preheat the pan to a hot state. Pour a little vegetable oil. Fry the pieces of pork on all sides until an appetizing brown crust appears.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings. The more onions you take, the tastier and juicier the dish will be. It is best to take onions as much as meat is used. Then add the chopped onion to the meat. Mix it up. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4:
Then pour a little soy sauce into the pan. Add salt to taste (but keep in mind that there is salt from soy sauce) and add dry spices. Mix it up.Do this carefully so that no splashes of hot fat fly.
Step 5:
If the meat is too tough, then pour a little water. Then cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the meat is ready. It will take about 10-15 minutes. If you want to have gravy in the finished dish, then use more water. The finished meat goes well with any side dish. Bon appetit!
