Step 1:
Select the required amount of pork and beef meat for cooking cutlets.
Step 2:

Add pepper and salt to the minced meat to taste, finely chopped onions, soaked white bread in advance, mix thoroughly with your hands, then beat off the minced meat for better bonding.
Step 4:
Remove the finished minced meat to cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, after which we begin to make cutlets, which are abundantly breaded in flour.
Step 5:
Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil added to it, spread the cutlets and fry them over medium heat.
