Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
This is the minimum set. I was making a barbecue for the first time according to this recipe, so I took the number of products for three servings.
Step 2:
Meat (pork neck) was cut into pieces of about 80 grams and poured with the juice of one small lemon. I thoroughly kneaded the meat with my hands for an even distribution of juice. Meat must necessarily be marinated in non-oxidizable dishes - enameled, glass, ceramic.
Step 3:
A quarter of fresh nutmeg grated on a regular fine grater
Step 4:
Onion peeled and cut into half rings.
Step 5:
Added onion and nut to the meat and mixed thoroughly again. Salt is not necessary yet. The container with the meat was covered with a lid. It can be tightened with cling film. Do not leave the meat in an open dish. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Step 6:
Then sliced the second lemon.
Step 7:
I chose the onion, you can throw it away, it has already given its flavor and taste to the meat! Now the meat can be salted and kneaded again with your hands.
Step 8:
I strung pieces of meat on pre-soaked wooden skewers, interspersing them with lemon. I will make a barbecue in an aerogrill heated to 190 degrees. In terms of time, it will take about 45-50 minutes. Skewers can be placed above the baking dish. During cooking, I turned the skewers 3-4 times for even baking.
