Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take the necessary products.
Step 2:
Pour the semolina with kefir and sour cream and leave for an hour. During this time, the semolina will swell and there will be no grains in the finished dish.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar (120 gr.), salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Step 4:
Gently introduce the egg mixture into the semolina. The dough turns out like thick store-bought sour cream.
Step 5:
Cover the pan (I have a thick bottom) with parchment paper, pour out the dough, cover it with a lid and put it on top of the stove on the smallest fire.
Step 6:
Bake on fire for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the mannikin walk for another 15 minutes. The peculiarity of baking in a frying pan is that the top does not turn brown, but believe me, the dish is baked and ready for use)
Step 7:
When the mannikin cools down, carefully put it on a plate and pour the glaze on top. Preparation of the glaze: 1 tbsp. l. sugar (25 gr.), 2 tbsp. l. milk, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder and 50 gr. butter boil for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 8:
Bon appetit!
Semolina can be soaked in the evening and baked mannikin in the morning.
