Step 1:
We prepare the necessary products for cooking fast and delicious pizza with tender dough in a frying pan.
Step 2:
Prepare pizza dough and pour half a teaspoon of baking powder into a plate with fifty grams of flour, break one chicken egg, add thirty milliliters of kefir.
Step 3:
Stir well with a whisk until smooth and remove for fifteen to twenty minutes to the side.
Step 4:
Don't cut one hundred grams of champignons too large.
Step 5:
Cut one hundred grams of ham into arbitrary pieces. To prepare the pizza filling, pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl, add a garlic clove passed through a special press and mix well.
Step 6:
Arbitrarily, but not very finely chop one tomato.
Step 7:
Dicing green bell pepper.
Step 8:
Grate one hundred and fifty grams of parmesan on a fine grater.
Step 9:
Turn on the stove and heat the pan with two tablespoons of olive oil added to it. We send the mushrooms to fry in a frying pan and do not forget to mix them with a spatula. Add the ham to the pan to fry the mushrooms and mix, then add salt to taste and turn down the heat, close the pan with a lid. We spread the prepared pizza filling from the frying pan on a plate.
Step 10:
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil on the stove and pour out the dough, the bottom layer of which is cooked for five minutes. Lubricate the top layer of dough with pre-prepared ground tomatoes, make a tomato base on which we pour French herbs on top.
Step 11:
We evenly place a layer of tomatoes and bell peppers on top of the French herbs.
Step 12:
Add a nice layer of parmesan cheese on top.
Step 13:
Place mushrooms with ham on top of the cheese and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers for five minutes, close the lid.
Step 14:
As soon as the pizza is finished, add a layer of the remaining parmesan on top and close the lid until the cheese melts.
Step 15:
We put the pizza on a plate and pour the previously prepared filling on top, then sprinkle with dill to taste. Bon appetit to Everyone!
