Let our dough brew for ten or fifteen minutes, then heat the pan well. It is very important not to overheat the pan, so that the first pancake does not turn out to be a lump, so put your frying pan on moderate heat and try.
There is one small feature. Pancakes on the one hand turn out to be straight green green, and on the other hand they are fried to a brown crust. But this moment is easy to adjust. turning the pancakes on the plate with the side you want.
