Step 1:
Cut fish fillets into small pieces, add salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, add salt and squeeze out the juice. Roll the fish in flour, then in egg and make a fur coat from potatoes. Fry in a preheated frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 3:
