Movie-night pizza snack in 5 minutes! A simple, clever way to make tasty homemade-style pizza.
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Gather the ingredients from the fridge for our mini pizza, and pick up some lavash flatbread at the store.
-
Step 2:
Seed the bell pepper, dice it finely, and put it in a bowl.
-
Step 3:
Finely dice the ham and add it to the pepper.
-
Step 4:
Add a chopped hard-boiled egg and the finely chopped herbs to the bowl, then stir.
-
Step 5:
For the sauce, stir the mayonnaise and ketchup together. Set a skillet with the oil over medium heat.
-
Step 6:
Spread a thin, even layer of sauce over the lavash.
-
Step 7:
Spread the filling evenly over the lavash, roll it up tightly, and cut the roll into portions.
-
Step 8:
Place the roll-ups in the hot skillet and fry on each side. After frying, sprinkle them generously with the grated cheese, turn off the heat, and cover with a lid.
-
Step 9:
Once the cheese has fully melted, take the roll-ups out of the pan and plate them. Enjoy, everyone!
