Step 1:
To prepare our mini pizza, we select and lay out the necessary products from the refrigerator by buying pita bread in the nearest supermarket.
Step 2:
Peel and cut the bell pepper into small cubes, and put it in a bowl.
Step 3:
Cut the ham into a small cube and add it to the pepper in a bowl.
Step 4:
Add chopped boiled chicken egg with finely chopped herbs to the bowl and mix.
Step 5:
To prepare the sauce, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise with ketchup. Turn on the stove on medium heat and heat the frying pan with vegetable oil added to it.
Step 6:
Grease the pita bread with a thin, even layer of sauce.
Step 7:
Evenly distribute the filling on the pita bread and gently roll it into a tight roll, which in turn we cut into portions.
Step 8:
We spread the portion rolls on a preheated frying pan and fry each side. Liberally sprinkle the grated cheese rolls after roasting and turning off the stove, close the lid.
Step 9:
After the cheese is completely melted, we take out of the pan and put our ready-made mini-pizza on a plate. Bon appetit, dear friends!
