Cooking method
1. We cook minced meat to your liking.
2. We spread your cooked minced meat on a waffle circle with a thin layer and cover it with a second waffle circle. This is what we do with all the waffle circles (in my case there were 7 of them, so I cut the last circle in half)
3. We give our waffle cakes to stand for literally 5 minutes so that they become soft from minced meat.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the batter: beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
5. When the cakes have become soft, they are divided into portion strips convenient for frying and further consumption.
6. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up. Dip each strip in batter and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
