Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for Khachapuri with cottage cheese.
Step 2:
Mix kefir with salt and butter. Sift the flour, add baking powder. With constant stirring, add flour to the liquid ingredients.Knead the dough. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film.
Step 3:
Preparing the filling. Mix cottage cheese, egg and finely chopped dill until smooth. The filling is ready, we proceed to the test.
Step 4:
Divide the dough into 3 parts, form balls. I also do everything with the filling. I sprinkle the surface with flour, spread a ball with dough and roll it into a flat cake. I put the filling in the middle and pinch the edges of the dough.
Step 5:
I turn the seam down and roll out the dough with the filling. Do the same with the rest of the tortillas.
Step 6:
I put a dry frying pan on a high heat to warm up. I spread the first tortilla and fry for 5-8 minutes. I turn it over and grease it with butter. Cover with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes. I do the same with the rest of the tortillas. Khachapuri is ready! Bon appetit!
