Step 1:
Preparing the ingredients for making solomons.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion. I also finely chop mushrooms.
Step 3:
I cut the meat into thin slices 5-7 mm thick and beat it off from both sides. I beat it off under a food film.
Step 4:
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, fry the onion, adding sugar and salt until golden and add mushrooms. When the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates, I add flour and stirring, I wait for a characteristic nutty smell from fried flour.
Step 5:
Pour in the milk and stew for a few minutes.Flour mixed with milk forms a sauce. The sauce should not be thick. If it turns out to be thick, add a little milk. The sauce is ready.
Step 6:
I roll the meat in starch, then in soy sauce.
Step 7:
I put the pieces on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.I serve the solomons hot and juicy, pour sauce on top and make a regular salad of fresh tomatoes as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
