Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Soak bread in milk. Chop the greens.
Step 2:
Chop the fish, chicken and onion into a meat grinder.
Step 3:
Pass everything through the middle grid.
Step 4:
Add pressed bread, salt and herbs to the minced meat. Minced meat should not be too liquid. Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Put the finished minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6:
Cutlets can be fried in a frying pan, steamed or cooked in the oven. Form cutlets.
Step 7:
Preheat the frying pan and add vegetable oil. Fry the cutlets over medium heat with the lid open, on one side.
Step 8:
Turn over, reduce the heat, close the lid and keep until ready.
