Cooking method
1. Peel onion and garlic, chop finely. Peel the pepper from the seeds, also cut. Fry the onion, garlic and pepper in olive oil, add cumin, mix, cook on low heat for 7 minutes until the onion is transparent and soft.
2. Then pour the tamarind juice, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, boil until thickened for about 5 minutes.
3. Pour the resulting mass into a blender bowl, whisk until smooth for 30 seconds. Pour the sauce into a bowl, let it cool down a little.
4. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, strung on wooden skewers, lightly sprinkled with olive oil, grilled until golden brown on all sides, for a total of about 6 minutes.
5. Pour the prepared tamarind sauce over the chicken, continue to fry, turn periodically until the chicken is completely ready, it will take about 10 minutes.
6. Cut the green onion, put the skewers on a dish, sprinkle the chicken with onions and serve it on the table.
