Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes, fry in olive oil until soft.
2. Add sea salt, cumin, ground paprika, chili powder, oregano, ground cayenne, mix.
3. Put the beans in a frying pan, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, if necessary, add a little more oil.
4. We spread beans, arugula on the tortilla, generously pour salsa sauce, roll it up, fix it in any convenient way.
Serve it on the table immediately after cooking.
