Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the recipe and feel free to start cooking.
Step 2:
Grind coriander.
Step 3:
Grate red carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Rinse and peel any mushrooms. Cut into small pieces.
Step 5:
Cut onion into small cubes.
Step 6:
Pre-boil the rice in a small amount of water until crumbly.
Step 7:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and put the chopped onions and carrots. Fry on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes . Then add mushrooms, spices and salt to taste. Fry until tender.
Step 8:
When all the ingredients of the dish are ready, put them in a deepened cup, mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass and try again for salt.
Step 9:
Form small balls from the resulting base, in the form of meatballs of the same size.
Step 10:
The prepared meatballs are fried in a small amount of vegetable oil over low heat, turning evenly. So that they are lightly fried on all sides.
Step 11:
Take a flat wide dish, use lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables for decoration. Spread the finished meatballs on top.
