Cooking method
1. Chicken thighs are washed, dried, rubbed with a mixture of salt and pepper, let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Fry the chicken in olive oil until golden brown for 10 minutes, transfer it to paper towels so that excess fat goes away.
3. Bacon is cut finely, fried in the same pan on which the chicken was fried, then removed.
4. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in the remaining olive oil until soft, then pour part of the cider, boil for 5 minutes.
5. Put the onion, bacon, chicken, bay leaf in a heat-resistant mold, pour the remaining cider, send the mold to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, my apple, cut out the core, cut into thin slices.
7. We spread the apple to the chicken, increase the temperature in the oven to 220 degrees, continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
We serve it on the table with a side dish of stewed or baked vegetables, it will also be delicious with rice.
