In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce with a fork until smooth.

Season salmon steaks with salt and black pepper.
Step 4:
Pan the steaks in flour. Shake off the excess.
Step 5:
Grease salmon steaks with honey-soy sauce.
Step 6:
In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. The fire should be moderate throughout the cooking process. If the pan gets hot, the glaze will burn. Fry the salmon steaks for 4 minutes on each side. The crust should turn golden brown and caramel.
Step 7:
Let the fish rest for a couple of minutes so that it is finally cooked under the influence of residual heat, and serve, sprinkled with lemon juice and sprinkled with finely chopped green onions. Enjoy your meal!
