Cooking method
1. We clean the grouse from the scales and wash it. You can cook fish for the filling by boiling it, but fried fish turns out even tastier.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown. Then, as soon as it cools down a little, we clean it from the bones.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.5 cm circles. In a greased baking dish, we spread one part of the yeast dough. We lay out the potato slices, salt and pepper it. We put the fish. You can optionally add spices for fish and herbs.
4. Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the pie. We pinch the edges well and make punctures with a fork. Lubricate with yolk and let the dough rise.
5. We put the pie in the oven and cook over medium heat for about half an hour, the cooking time depends on the size of the pie. As soon as the pie turns golden, we take it out. Our pastries are ready!
