Cooking method
1. Wash the grouse and dry the carcass before roasting. Cut into portions.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. Fry the grouse from all sides until golden brown.
3. Now the meat needs to be salted, peppered, seasoned with dried garlic. Pour sour cream and stew grouse under a closed lid on low heat for an hour. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and serve to the table!
