Sweet and Sour Chicken with Orange

A vibrant dish for a romantic dinner or a holiday table! Everyone at my house loves chicken any way you make it, so yesterday I decided to try this out-of-the-ordinary recipe — and even my picky husband was thrilled. Tender chicken in a sweet-and-sour sauce is simply magical. I want to share it with you — it turns out wonderfully delicious, so give it a try!

    1. Squeeze the juice from 1 orange and stir it together with the honey. 2. Whisk the cornstarch into the water until smooth and lump-free, then stir in the vinegar and garlic. 3. Sear the chicken pieces in oil over high heat until golden brown, then pour in the orange juice and the cornstarch mixture. Season with salt and chili pepper. 4. Stir quickly and cook until the sauce thickens. 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
