Cooking method
1. For pies, we need to prepare sourdough dough. To do this, take warm water, and add yeast and flour, so that the dough becomes similar in consistency to pancake.
2. We leave the dough on the table as bubbles begin to appear on the surface, add the remaining ingredients.
3. Add salt and sugar, mix until dissolved.
Enter the remainder of the sifted flour and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Knead the dough and leave it to rise twice.
4. Divide the dough into sausages and mode into identical pieces. We roll out each piece with a rolling pin and put the jam in the center and pinch the edges very tightly.
5. We send our pies to fry in a preheated frying pan with oil.
