Cooking method
1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Garlic is cleaned, squeezed through a press to the cheese, add mayonnaise, mix.
3. Crab sticks (pre-thawed) are unwrapped, carefully spread the filling on the edge and rolled back into a roll.
4. Rub the egg with salt, pour milk, mix and pour flour. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency (if the batter is too thick, you can dilute it with warm milk).
5. Each crab stick is dipped in egg batter, then thickly rolled in breadcrumbs, and fried in vegetable oil on both sides. Spread on a paper napkin, let the excess fat soak in.
We serve it on the table in a warm form.
