Step 1:
Take the products according to the list: pork ribs, potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet pepper (optional), salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf, water.
Step 2:
Peel and slice medium-sized carrots, onions and peppers.
Step 3:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
Step 4:
Fry the ribs in a cauldron on all sides, add the onion and continue roasting.
Step 5:
Add the potatoes, also lightly fry while stirring.
Step 6:
Last of all, add carrots and pepper, fry a little and add a glass of water. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat under the lid for about an hour, 10-15 minutes before cooking, put the bay leaf.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
A simple and hearty dish that can be served for lunch or dinner.
