Cooking method
1. Take the beef fillet and wash it well. If there are veins, films, then they need to be cut off.
2. We pass it through a meat grinder, or finely chop the meat into pieces.

3. Mix the minced meat and lard, salt to taste. Pour in the milk and beat the minced meat until elastic.
4. With our hands soaked in water, we form tortillas about 1 cm thick.
5. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip the tortillas in the egg mixture and breaded in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
