Today's recipe is a very tasty dish. It requires a minimum of costs and time.
1. Take a fresh, juicy piece of beef. If there are veins, films or fat on it, we cut everything off, we need a clean fillet for cooking.
2. The meat must be washed, under cold water and dried.
3. Cut into medium-sized pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm and beat off.
4. For breading, we use a chicken egg mixed with mayonnaise and mustard and milk. Beat the whole mixture well.
5. Dip the pieces in turn, first in the egg mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs.
