Cooking method
1. Cabbage is cut into cubes - the leaves are soft and tender do not need additional heat treatment (if you use late cabbage, then pre-pour the leaves with boiling water, hold for 5 minutes).
2. Onion, diced, and carrots, grated on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
3. Pour in the tomato juice, simmer for 5 minutes, add sugar and salt (everything to your taste).
4. Boil the rice until fully cooked.
5. Chop the chicken fillet with a meat grinder, break the egg, add salt and pepper, put the cabbage (leave two handfuls) and boiled rice. Mix the whole set of ingredients.
6. We line the baking dish with the left cabbage (so the cabbage rolls will not burn), then we form round balls from the minced meat (the size is not important) and we spread them on the cabbage layer.
7. Fill this beauty with bright tomato sauce and send it to the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve on the table and eat with an appetite!
