Cooking method
1. Prepare the pancakes:
- sift the flour into a bowl, break the eggs to it;
- add salt and sugar;
- stir the mass with a whisk, gradually pouring in water;
- we bring the dough to complete uniformity, without a single lump, after which we pour in vegetable oil;
- fry thin pancakes on both sides, lightly greasing the pan with vegetable oil.
2. Now we are preparing the filling:
- we wash the meat, boil it until ready;
- peel the onion, cut into cubes;
- fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, then pass it through a meat grinder together with pork.
3. Form the leaves and fry them:
- put the stuffing on the pancake, wrap it, giving the shape of an envelope;
- fry the "envelopes" in a hot frying pan, putting the seam down;
- turn over and fry the other side.
Fragrant golden leaves with meat are perfectly combined with cold sour cream.
