Cooking method
1. Wash the beef udder, put it in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. Drain, pour in clean water and bring to a boil again. In general, this process needs to be done 3-4 times.
2. Now rinse the udder with running water, return to the pan, pour clean cold water and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, add a little salt and cook the udder for 3-4 hours. The udder is ready when it is easily pierced with a fork.
3. Remove the udder from the hot water and put it on a plate to cool.
4. At this time, peel and finely chop the onion.
5. Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes, remove the stalks, remove the seeds from the pepper. Cut the pepper into strips, tomatoes into small pieces.
6. Cut the udder into thin pieces (0.5 cm thick).
7. Heat a frying pan with butter, then put the onion in it to fry until transparent.
8. Add bell peppers and tomatoes, sprinkle with spices, put crushed garlic. Stir, fry for 3-4 minutes.
9. Lay out the chopped udder, cook everything together for another 7-10 minutes, not forgetting to mix.
Serve the fried beef udder hot with vegetables, any side dish.
