    1. Wash the beef udder, put it in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Drain, add fresh water, and bring to a boil again—repeat this whole process 3–4 times. 2. Now rinse the udder under running water, return it to the pot, cover with fresh cold water, and set it on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, add a little salt, and cook the udder for 3–4 hours. It's done when a fork slides in easily. 3. Take the udder out of the hot water and set it on a plate to cool. 4. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion. 5. Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes, remove the stems, and seed the peppers. Cut the peppers into strips and the tomatoes into small pieces. 6. Cut the udder into thin slices (about 1/4 inch / 0.5 cm thick). 7. Heat the butter in a skillet, then add the onion and fry until translucent. 8. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, sprinkle everything with the spices, and add the minced garlic. Stir and fry for 3–4 minutes. 9. Add the sliced udder and cook everything together another 7–10 minutes, stirring. Serve the sautéed beef udder hot with vegetables or any side dish. Enjoy!
