Spit-Roasted Quail in Honey Marinade

    1. Prep the quail: rinse the birds, pat them dry, and trim the wings and legs at the joints. Put the quail in a deep bowl. 2. Sprinkle the birds with curry, ground black pepper, and smoked salt. 3. Peel the garlic, mince it finely, and add it to the birds in the bowl. Add the honey too. 4. Drizzle with olive oil. 5. Now mix everything with your hands, rubbing the oil, honey, and spices well into the birds. 6. Thread the quail onto a spit, set it over the coals, and roast until done. 7. Slide the quail off the spit and serve them while they're still warm. Enjoy!
