1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Beat off the meat with a hammer. Season the chops with salt and black pepper.
2. Grate the potatoes on a large grater. Add to the potatoes: mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, salt, black pepper, mix. Then, beat out the eggs, mix with a fork. At the end, add flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil. Take the chop in your hand and put the batter on the meat, level it with a spoon and put it in a frying pan. Fry on high heat until golden brown for 2 minutes. Then, pour batter over the chop and gently turn it over with a wooden spatula to the other side. Fry until golden brown on high heat for 2 minutes.
