  1. Step 1:

    Mix the warm milk with the sugar, salt, and eggs. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Grate the cheese on the fine side of a box grater and stir it into the batter. Then add the finely chopped herbs and the vegetable oil.

    Whisk the batter until smooth. Cook the crepes in a greased, hot skillet on both sides.

    Run the cooked beef through a meat grinder and mix it with sautéed onion. Spoon this filling onto the crepes and roll them up.

    Once cooled, you can pan-fry the filled crepes on both sides.
